Mahindra Beacon Hill is a new apartment project by Mahindra Lifespace on Mahindra South Mumbai Road, Maharashtra. The project is in prelaunch stage and spreads across 2 acres of land. It has one tall tower with G + 60 floors and more than 240 homes. You can choose from 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK apartments. Home sizes range from 1200 to 1800 sq. ft., giving space for family life. Prices start from Rs 7.2 Cr* onwards. The RERA number is NA at present. Possession is planned for 31 December 2030. This project offers a fresh place to live in a well-known part of South Mumbai.
